SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Our Processing time is 8-10 Business days. Business days/hours vary, please allow two business days to return to any questions and concerns.

Pacific Time Zone orders placed after 4pm on business days are considered ordered the next day.

  • At Checkout pay for your route insurance...(nonrefundable) (if route is opted out Rustic Roots Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages)  
  • Please see route website for more details. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY ROUTE.
  • You must file a claim on www.route.com within 15 days of being delivered, or within 30 days of shipping. (it's customer reasonability to watch tracking) - we are not responsible if it's not done in this time frame.
