Refund policy

When purchasing & completing an order with Rustic Roots Designs LLC -  By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions'' at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, have read and are in agreement to the policy listed below, which includes restock fees, final sale items, return policy, sales restrictions,collections descriptions/restrictions, return time frames.

 

SALES

  •  Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued , only store credit, even if  the item{item's) have not shipped.

 

  • Buyer is responsible to make sure codes are applied, sizing & addresses are correct before completing purchase - once order is complete we are unable to edit/cancel. This includes, emails and addresses. Make sure you have access to the email you use on order we cannot send emails to another account.
  • At this time to insure fast shipping we do not accept special request on orders. They are as placed.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR ITS DAMAGED

  • Defective Items or package discrepancies:
  • Life happens and we make mistakes & may accidentally send the wrong, wrong quantity, or damaged items, they must be claimed within 2 days of receiving -  (marked delivered)-- or is considered wear & tear. (Exterior packaging cannot be damaged see shipping section) If worn or washed within receiving (even in 2 day frame or after) Rustic Roots Designs LLC is not responsible for damage/wear & tear - if the same item is in stock we will replace damaged/wrong item. Damaged/wrong item must be sent back within five days of receiving (paid label will be sent), if not sent back within five days - it will be treated as a return & issued store credit. No refunds.
  • If damaged please email rusticrootsdesigns22@gmail.com photos of the damaged item(s) within two days of receiving. ((Photos must be sent within two days)) Make sure you choose and pay for route insurance -Rustic Roots Designs LLC is not responsible for damaged items.
  • If Items are missing we must know within two days! please open your package upon receiving, we will not send a replacement/ or missing items after two days of receiving, only store credit will be issued if within policy.
  • For graphic tees & denim we suggest washing inside out for to maintain it best quality. 
  • Handwash all glassware, do NOT dishwash or soak.
